The 1 inch nylon face pile does double duty. It holds wooden tees, and it gives a slightly cushioned, tee-box-style feel at impact. Because it is nylon, it is UV-resistant, weather resistant, and residue-free, so it will not leave green streaks on your clubs. It is built for driver and wood practice where teeing up matters most, and you can hit off the surface too.

Shock-Absorbent Foam Backing

The foam-backed Super Tee mats use a 5/8 inch closed-cell foam backing. It is shock-absorbent and helps cushion the impact of repeated swings, which makes it well suited to hitting on a hard floor like a garage slab.
